Delivery Timeframes
We aim to meet estimated delivery times, but delays may occur due to factors beyond our control (e.g., carrier delays during peak periods). Please allow:

Delivery Process
We use trusted carriers like Australia Post and Sendle. You’ll receive a tracking link via email once your order is dispatched. Some orders may:

Require a signature upon delivery. It’s your responsibility to ensure someone is available to accept the package.
GizmoGlow is not responsible for:

Delays after a delivery attempt within the stated timeframe.

Missing parcels signed for by any party (whether you or someone else).

Parcels left at your selected location with your explicit authority to the carrier (e.g., “authority to leave” instructions).

Delivery Issues
If your order arrives damaged or is lost, notify us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery) at contact@gizmoglow.com.au or 0431 205 711 (Mon–Fri, 9 AM–5 PM AEST). Provide photographic proof of damage where applicable. We’ll address issues in line with our Refund Policy and ACL obligations.
Shipping Restrictions
As the buyer, you are responsible for ensuring your purchased items comply with Australian laws and regulations. For example, certain products may be restricted due to safety, customs, or other legal requirements. GizmoGlow is not liable for items rejected or seized due to non-compliance.
